Our Story

Built around possible, Salesforce consulting partners PixelMEDIA, Docmation, and GearsCRM thrived within our sectors by helping brands build high-performing customer connections to maximize revenue, reduce costs, and drive digital transformation.

Together we have over 60 years of experience in creating B2B & B2C digital experiences with hundreds of Salesforce certified experts and thousands of clients all over the world.

Each company focused on different experiences within Salesforce clouds. PixelMEDIA (est. 1997) experienced success supporting B2C growth for lifestyle brands. Docmation (est. 2011) drove connected online experiences, communities, and online portals for critical B2B business functions. While GearsCRM (est. 2009) created expert solutions through intelligent automation and smart integration solutions that allowed clients to be smarter, faster, and more agile with their business flow.

In 2020, we turned our vision to build a complete commerce solution on Salesforce with like-minded Salesforce partners to help clients better navigate the challenges of digital transformation in commerce. The three companies brought our expertise under one roof, with the guidance of BV Investment Partners.

Our position as a leading global provider of commerce services on Salesforce gained traction. In October of 2022 we were acquired by Interpublic (IPG). As an addition to the IPG global brands, we continue to play a key role in helping marketers uncover meaningful customer moments, align marketing programs, and continue to strengthen every touchpoint of the customer journey.
